Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrueSmith Jeweler website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Custom Ring Orders & Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to begin production on any custom-designed ring. This deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced. The remaining 75% balance is due upon completion, before shipping.

All ring designs, diamond selections, and specifications are confirmed in writing via email before production begins. Changes to specifications after production has started may incur additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition for a full refund or exchange. Custom-designed rings are final sale once production is complete, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

All returns require prior authorization. Contact info@truesmithjeweler.com to initiate a return.

Diamond Certifications

All diamonds sold by TrueSmith Jeweler are certified by recognized independent laboratories (IGI, GIA, or equivalent). Certification documents accompany every diamond purchase. TrueSmith Jeweler does not make additional representations beyond those stated in the laboratory report.

Gold Purchasing

Gold purchase offers are estimates based on current spot prices and are subject to final evaluation upon receipt of your item. Offers are valid for 48 hours from the time of issuance. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the item does not match the submitted description.

Limitation of Liability

TrueSmith Jeweler's liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
