Ring Sizing
Find Your Ring Size
Two easy methods to find your perfect fit at home.
Method 1: String Measurement
All you need is a piece of string, a ruler, and the table below.
Wrap
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around the base of the finger you plan to wear the ring on.
Mark
Mark the point where the strip overlaps with a pen. Be sure it's snug but comfortable — you should be able to slide the paper over your knuckle.
Measure
Lay the strip flat against a ruler and measure the length in millimeters. This is your finger circumference.
Match
Find your circumference in the table below to determine your ring size. If between sizes, round up.
Method 2: Existing Ring
Have a ring that fits well? Measure its inner diameter.
Place a ring that fits the intended finger on a flat surface. Measure the inside diameter (the widest point across the opening) in millimeters using a ruler. Match the diameter to the table below.
Tip: Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger. Avoid measuring when hands are cold — fingers shrink in cold weather.
