Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Submit a ring design consultation or deposit request (name, email, phone)
• Submit a contact or sell-gold inquiry
• Use the ring builder (your selections are stored in a session cookie on your device)

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party analytics scripts.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, process your order, and communicate about your jewelry. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party.

Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. TrueSmith Jeweler does not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (tsj_build) to preserve your ring-builder selections across page loads. This cookie contains only your design choices — no personal information. It is not shared with any third party and expires after 30 days.

Admin sessions use a separate HMAC-signed authentication cookie that is HTTP-only and never exposed to JavaScript.

Data Retention

Contact and order information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your request and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@truesmithjeweler.com.
